I Will (LA Version):Radiohead Copyright Music Permission

The song we have chosen to produce a music video for is Radiohead's "I Will (LA Version)". We have gained permission to use it from the bands manager, Bryce Edge - proof is below.

Hi Bryce,
How are you? Hope all's well! Just with regards to this email from a while back, you said I'd be able to use Thom's Analyse for a college project. I know you okayed that but just to be sure, would we be able to use the LA version of I Will for this years? Again, it's just a college project, but it'd be perfect to use it, we're doing a trippy little Eternal Sunshine style film, couldn't tell you how much I'd appreciate it.
